Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Assistant Project Manager in Indonesia, eager to contribute to the growth of our business as a leading global F&B player.
1. Job Purpose:
The Assistant Project Manager provides crucial support to the Project Manager in overseeing the entire lifecycle of Minor Food's outlet projects. This role involves active involvement in project planning, design, and execution, as well as coordination with cross-functional teams. The Assistant Project Manager contributes to the successful completion of projects within established standard store design, budgets and timelines.
2. Main Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Design Support:
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager (in Minor Food Thailand) and cross-functional teams in developing planning and design documents for outlet projects.
- Assist in conducting feasibility assessments, concept development, and design management according to "Brand guidelines"
- Contribute to the development of detailed project proposals, including scope, timeframe, and budget.
- Ensure design standards and guidelines are consistently applied to all aspects of project development.
Project Management Assistance:
- Support the Senior Project Manager (in Minor Food Thailand) in overseeing all aspects of projects, including client relations, budgeting, and defining scopes of work.
- Collaborate with the franchise team and related parties to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Design Standard Compliance:
- Monitor and enforce adherence to established design standards, ensuring all project components align with the brand's aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Provide input and oversight on design elements during project development and execution phases.
- Coordinate with the design teams and external consultants to maintain brand consistency across all projects.
Supplier Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers and providing support in directing their activities to meet requirements.
Construction Support:
- Support the Senior Project Manager in managing, coordinating, and facilitating site construction activities.
Communication and Reporting Assistance:
- Collaborate in regular communication with executive management and administration regarding project status.
- Assist in obtaining executive guidance and approval for project initiatives as needed.
Other Duties:
- Adhere to the company's employee rules and regulations.
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and activities as required.
- Exhibit responsible behavior, positively representing Minor Food.
- Contribute to maintaining strong, professional relationships with relevant business partners.
- Assist in carrying out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Approve Onsite work progress and store handover
4. Job Specification
Qualification
:
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Enscape, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Office).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong skills in driving for results and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Digital and technology savvy. Keen in learning new things.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong skills in people management and development.
- Self-motivated, punctual and reliable.
- Attention to details.
Education
:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience
:
- Total 6 years of working experience in project management/ Design.
