What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain a cross-platform mobile application for iOS and Android using React Native and Expo.
- Build and optimize backend services using Prisma and PostgreSQL for scalable and secure data management.
- Implement responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing UIs with a strong focus on UI/UX principles.
- Integrate and maintain robust REST APIs to support mobile application functionality.
- Collaborate with the product team to transform business requirements into seamless mobile app features.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application through effective debugging and optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, share technical knowledge, and stay updated on industry best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in React, Expo, and React Native.
- Proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable code.
- Solid experience with Prisma and PostgreSQL for database design and management.
- Strong understanding of mobile application fundamentals, including performance optimization and device compatibility.
- A good eye for UI/UX design principles to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with NextJs / NestJs or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with building and consuming REST APIs.
- Published applications on the Play Store or App Store are a bonus.
- Working on MacOS or Linux
