Job Description:
- The Academy Manager oversees daily operations and ensures effective management of all facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage academy operations and schedules.
- Develop action plans to meet sales goals.
- Create strategies for new leads. Ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
- Maintain accurate records and update membership data.
- Conduct performance reviews with all staff.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- Manage the students & parents' engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Managerial experience, preferably in an academy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to execute strategic plans. Proficiency in record-keeping.
- Familiarity with sales and customer service.
- Commitment to company policies.
