Job Description:

  • The Academy Manager oversees daily operations and ensures effective management of all facilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage academy operations and schedules.
  • Develop action plans to meet sales goals.
  • Create strategies for new leads. Ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
  • Maintain accurate records and update membership data.
  • Conduct performance reviews with all staff.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
  • Manage the students & parents' engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Managerial experience, preferably in an academy.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to execute strategic plans. Proficiency in record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service.
  • Commitment to company policies.
