Business Process Lead (Business Process Improvement Manager)

Location: Kebon Jeruk

This is a full-time on-site role. The Business Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, managing programs, and ensuring operational excellence. Key tasks include:

  • Identifying process inefficiencies
  • Developing and implementing improvement strategies
  • Managing cross‑functional projects
  • Continuously monitoring process performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Business Process
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Program Management and Operational Excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the media industry is a plus
