Business Process Lead (Business Process Improvement Manager)
Location: Kebon Jeruk
This is a full-time on-site role. The Business Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, managing programs, and ensuring operational excellence. Key tasks include:
- Identifying process inefficiencies
- Developing and implementing improvement strategies
- Managing cross‑functional projects
- Continuously monitoring process performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Business Process
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Program Management and Operational Excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the media industry is a plus
