Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical & Instrument Engineering Supervisor to lead the operation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation facilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring that operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare Electrical & Instrument documents (Loadlist, Voltage Drop Calculation, Cable Routing, Cable Schedule, MV & LV Schematic, Layout, BOQ, Earthing).
- Conduct vendor selection and verification.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of MCC, Transformer, MV & LV Cabinet, Boiler, Compressor, Motor (Induction, Servo, VSD/VFD), DCS, PLC, and field instruments.
- Supervise, develop, and train team members, including knowledge transfer to Group Leaders and Operators.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure execution of work plans to support operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Physics, Energy Conversion, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Min. 3 years' experience in a related field/industry/project.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of calibration tools (Pressure, Hartcom, Temperature, etc.).
- Strong in electrical calculation (Voltage Drop, Power Distribution LV/MV, Motor Starter: DOL, Star Delta, VFD/VSD).
- Able to read & interpret Line Diagrams, Schematics, Cable Routing & Schedule.
- Programming skills (PLC, DCS, HMI) are an advantage.
