The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting new clients via calls and social media
- Achieving the company's target for new customer leads
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Identifying the services needed by clients
- Negotiating agreements through to closing
- Coordinating client needs with the relevant teams
- Managing clients and related teams to ensure collaboration runs on time
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, project sales, or marketing sales
- Knowledge of Export-Import, Logistics, Bonded Zone, and Customs
- Understanding of logistics, transportation, project industry, heavy equipment, and mining sectors
- Strong communication skills (proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is a plus)
- Highly initiative, proactive, and willing to learn
- Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving
- Able to multitask and work well in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially for presentations)
