Recruitment & Onboarding
- Collaborate with the management to develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Industrial Relations
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies/procedures and local laws and practices
- Handling expatriate management and related to the government regulation
- Responsible for industrial relations that also cover employee disputes, internal communication, employee relations, grievance, and hiring termination.
- Responsible for routine or mandatory reports to the government or regulators, and monthly reports to the management.
- Maintain communication with the government or regulators.
- Review and give advice to the management in terms of employment contracts, company policy, SOP, and keep up to date with the government regulations and make sure the practices are aligned with the government regulations.
- Compliance audit for all HR matters.
Operations
- Administer and maintain accurate and put date employee records using the HRIS
- Documentation archiving and disposal
- Responsible employment letter, confirmation, probation and administer exit clearance of resigned staff
- Responsible to calculate and compile the monthly payroll using the HRIS.
- Assist in general administrative work, company events and functions
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal exercise
Employee Relations
- Develop company's welfare
- Consult to line management and employees on HR policy and employee relations issues and concerns
- Coordinate with the management to facilitate salary/employment verifications, benefits, and probation confirmations to employees
- Handle offboarding and exit interviews
- Administering employee relocation
- Coordinate with the expatriate/ management of the company
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law or Human Resources is a plus.
- Having minimum 5-7 years of experiences in HR Generalist or Industrial Relations. Prior leadership experience in a fast growth environment strongly preferred (in manufacture company is a plus)
- Team player with solid communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Quick to adapt to new environments and people of varied backgrounds and cultures.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law, and keeping up-to-date with government regulations.
- Organized and reliable, able to work independently
- Certified of Work Norms from the Government/ Having an experiences become "Kader Norma Kerja (as prospective members who are prepared in organizations, trained and prepared to have the skills and disciplines of Work Norms) is preferred.
