As
PPIC Lead
, you will be responsible for building and leading the planning system that ensures every order is delivered
on time, in full, and with the right quality
. You'll manage the link between
Sales, Prepress, Production, QC, and Delivery
turning customer orders into clear, actionable production plans.

Your goal is to create clarity, improve flow, and make sure the production floor runs predictably achieving both
customer and company targets
.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build & Lead Planning Systems

  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve
    production scheduling and control systems
    .
  • Establish clear planning standards, capacity tracking, and lead-time visibility across plants.
  • Ensure every production order is traceable from
    PO to delivery
    , with transparent data.

2. Target-Driven Coordination

  • Align daily and weekly production priorities with
    sales and customer delivery targets
    .
  • Work closely with purchasing to prepare materials in advance and avoid downtime.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, reschedule quickly when needed, and maintain delivery accuracy.

3. Team Development & Accountability

  • Lead and guide PPIC staff to develop strong habits in data accuracy, communication, and follow-up.
  • Build a culture of
    ownership, discipline, and problem-solving
    .
  • Train team members to understand production logic and customer priorities.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze data on machine capacity, waste, and performance to drive better planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with Production and Management to improve throughput, lead time, and efficiency.
  • Implement systems that support
    scalability, predictability, and customer reliability
    .

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial Engineering
    or related fields.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in PPIC (preferably in manufacturing).
  • Experienced in
    capacity planning, workflow control, and production coordination
    .
  • Analytical, structured, and improvement-oriented.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; able to unite multiple departments toward shared targets.
  • Strong Excel capabilities
  • Experience with
    ERP or planning systems
    is a plus.
