Job Responsibilities :-
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of HR operational processes, procedures, and systems; recommend improvements as needed.
- Maintain regular updates of Tissue International market and HQ organization charts and headcounts (HC), ensuring alignment with manpower request (MPR) and HR form requests.
- Ensure consistency between market MPRs and HR form requests with TI market and HQ organization charts.
- Ensure compliance with HR Delegation of Authority (DOA) and HR policies.
- Standardize HR processes and practices, including onboarding/offboarding, recruitment, office attendance, leave management, probation reviews, and related procedures.
- Project manage the rollout of HRIS and payroll systems across markets working with Country HRs.
- Review and propose insurance plans (medical, health, injury, etc.) for all markets, in close collaboration with Country HR teams.
Requirement :-
- Experience in HR process optimization, implementing and systems operational improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Structured, with a strong grasp of HR processes.
