Responsibilities
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of control valves, safety valves, ball valves, gate valves, and other industrial valves.
- Conduct valve inspection, calibration, testing, and certification as per applicable international standards (API, ASME, ISO).
- Prepare service reports, inspection findings, and recommendations for clients.
- Support commissioning and start-up activities for new projects
Personnel Requirements
- Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in valve service, maintenance, or related industry. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of valve types, actuator systems (pneumatic, hydraulic, electric), and instrumentation.
- Familiar with relevant codes & standards (API, ISO, ASME, FCI, etc.).
- Ability to read, create, and interpret engineering drawings. Use of AutoCAD is minimum, SolidWorks or CATIA is an advantage.
- Good communication skills (active English is preferred).
- Willing to travel and work on-site under rotation/shutdown schedule
