Property Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Property Manager to join our team.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management
: Oversee and lead a team of maintenance staff and technicians. This includes supervising day-to-day operations, providing training and development, and managing schedules.
2. Maintenance Operations
: Plan and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies. This involves conducting regular inspections of the building and its systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), coordinating repairs, and managing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
3. Financial and Administrative
: Manage the department budget, handle capital expenditures, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Responsible for creating and submitting reports to senior management.
4. Safety and Compliance
: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
5. Vendor and Contractor Management
: Collaborate with and manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Facilities Management
A minimum of 7 years of work experience in property / maintenance management.
In-depth knowledge of maintaining a building and expertise in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance techniques.
- A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, building structure, plumbing and electronic systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong leadership skills with problem-solving and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
