We are currently expanding our team We are looking for Product Manager - Mandarin Speaker to join our Product Team.

Job Description:

  • Project Planning: Define project goals, scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Resource Management: Identify and allocate the necessary resources, including human resources, tools, and equipment, required for successful project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a cross-functional team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and motivation to achieve project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Regularly assess and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure that the project remains within budgetary constraints.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential issues or changes.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and any other relevant records.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle, facilitating effective solutions and maintaining a positive team dynamic.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that all changes are documented, approved, and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the project complies with all relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements
:

  • Master or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in product design or system engineering
  • Good proficiency in Mandarin and English both oral & written (Mandatory)
  • Previous experience in software and product development
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
  • Having experience minimum of 3+ years in Fintech/Bank/Finance Industry are preferable
  • Willing to fully working from office in West Jakarta Area
