Job Summary: We are seeking a Accounting Assistant Manager with a strong background in Financial Technology (Fintech).

Job Description



Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and month-end closing

Review and ensure the accuracy of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK as required by regulators and other stakeholders

Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.

Supervise, guide, and develop accounting staff.

Monitor compliance with internal controls and improve processes where needed.


Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Preferred background from a Public Accounting Firm.

Preferred experience in a Listed Company or Financial Institution industry.

Strong knowledge of PSAK and financial reporting standards.

Experience with accounting systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
