Responsibilities :

  • Sales strategy and planning
  • Generate leads and convert them into clients
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client's organizations
  • Lead partnership contract negotiations with client to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance and favorable terms
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to management on sales activities and results

Qualifications :

  • Minimum bachelor degree of Management or any related major
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as B2B Marketing / Account Manager / Business Development (preferably from Outsourcing/Head Hunter industry)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO)

  • The salary range above encompasses the base salary and attendance allowance only, excluding monthly incentives based on KPI achievement.
