Responsibilities :
- Sales strategy and planning
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client's organizations
- Lead partnership contract negotiations with client to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance and favorable terms
- Provide accurate and timely updates to management on sales activities and results
Qualifications :
- Minimum bachelor degree of Management or any related major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as B2B Marketing / Account Manager / Business Development (preferably from Outsourcing/Head Hunter industry)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO)
