Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience especially in HR Generalist and People Business Partner, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, F&B, hospitality or similar field and experience in handling team
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and current HR best practices
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and google workspace
  • Have high creativity and tech savvy
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Job Description

  • Lead and support the needs of human resources especially in Learning and Development, Recruitment, General Affair, Compensation & Benefit
  • Supervise personnel administration, including employee data, employment contracts, BPJS (social security), and other legal documents
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes, including KPI development and reporting
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance competencies
  • Prepare and present regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover) to management
  • Lead and develop the HR team to work effectively and meet targets
