Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience especially in HR Generalist and People Business Partner, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, F&B, hospitality or similar field and experience in handling team
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and current HR best practices
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and google workspace
- Have high creativity and tech savvy
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Job Description
- Lead and support the needs of human resources especially in Learning and Development, Recruitment, General Affair, Compensation & Benefit
- Supervise personnel administration, including employee data, employment contracts, BPJS (social security), and other legal documents
- Assist in performance evaluation processes, including KPI development and reporting
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance competencies
- Prepare and present regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover) to management
- Lead and develop the HR team to work effectively and meet targets
