About Position
The Front-End Engineer Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining user interfaces for web applications to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience. This role involves transforming design mockups into functional and visually appealing interfaces, optimizing performance, and collaborating with designers and back-end developers to deliver high-quality digital products that support the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement user interface (UI) components for web applications using modern front-end technologies.
- Optimize the performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications and websites.
- Conduct interface and usability testing to ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure smooth integration between design and functionality.
- Maintain, document, and improve existing codebases and user interface designs.
- Ensure adherence to UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes to ensure code quality and performance.
- Support the organization's digital transformation by contributing innovative ideas and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 0–1 year in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiar with modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React or
- Proficient in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about building efficient, user-friendly interfaces and staying up-to-date with front-end development trends.
