Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features (obtain and analyze system requirement)
Collaborate with HR and IT team to set specifications for new applications
Design and develop web-based HR system (mainly using Laravel)
Perform unit and integration testing before launch
Conduct functional and non-functional testing
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

Requirements:

Max. 7th semester undergraduate student from Computer Science / Information Technology major (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Willing to undergo 6 months period of internship
Ability to program in at least one programming language such as PHP, HTML, CSS, etc.
Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL) and Database Management System
Proficient in Laravel (proven experience / project using Laravel is preferred)
Excellent understanding of software engineering
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Great attention to detail and time-management skills
Able to fully Work From Office (placement: Cileungsi, Bogor), Monday-Friday WIB)
