Qualifications:

MUST 10+ years experience of mechanical engineering in data center construction or similar projects experience
Strong understanding of mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance
Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Deep knowledge of HVAC, cooling, fire suppression, and plumbing systems
Understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA)
Familiarity with data center infrastructure and IT equipment

Preferred:

Professional certifications in DC Construction
Proven track record leading large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects, especially in DATA CENTER Projects
Experience coordinating with both local & international stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
Proven ability to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams.
Problem-solving mindset, able to resolve site issues under time pressure.
English speaking skill
