Talent Acquisition Specialist | Consumer Goods Company
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales in the Modern Trade channel (hypermarkets, supermarkets, minimarkets).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade accounts.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Plan and execute sales programs, promotions, and visibility activities.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and effective execution in stores.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of any major
- Having working experience in the modern trade Sales Operations at least for 2 year (preferably from FMCG company)
- Must have experience in Dairy or Food & Beverages category
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
- Target oriented, good negotiating & communication skill, strong leadership
