Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales in the Modern Trade channel (hypermarkets, supermarkets, minimarkets).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade accounts.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Plan and execute sales programs, promotions, and visibility activities.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and effective execution in stores.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of any major
  • Having working experience in the modern trade Sales Operations at least for 2 year (preferably from FMCG company)
  • Must have experience in Dairy or Food & Beverages category
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
  • Target oriented, good negotiating & communication skill, strong leadership
