Requirements:
- Minimum holds a Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial and sales experience, with at least 3 years as a manager and the ability to collaborate with key roles at the C-level.
- Have a thorough understanding of the Facility Management/Financial Services/ New Technology/Healthcare industry or industries that are connected to it.
- Understand and familiar with the end-to-end tender process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analyzed critically.
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good English writing and speaking skills.
- Have a sufficiency knowledge of Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible on achieving new accounts/portfolio and conducting research and analyze to the market and potential customer as targeting become new customer.
- Approaching and close relation with C-Level from potential customer by deep understanding (NOSE Model).
- Well prepare on presenting with good communication/negotiation skills in order to close the new order
- Collaborating with Commercial Excellence, Transition and P&C, other stakeholders (Legal) on surveying, costing, business model and organization which will be offered to new potential customer.
- As key person identifying NOSE, design commercial model to achieve new portfolio with decent margin
- Ensure the commitment of the Management Team and operations team to complete the service without safety or environmental incidents
- Improve best solutions for customer's needs align with company's regulations and compliance
