We are looking for a dynamic and solution-driven IT Digital Product Owner to take ownership of our IT systems. This role requires a highly analytical, fast-moving professional who can manage expectations between business users and technology vendors while driving continuous improvement in mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Roadmap

  • Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for IT systems.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements.
  • Prioritize features and improvements that bring maximum business value.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the bridge between business teams and technology vendors, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure vendors deliver according to requirements, budget, and timeline.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal users (travel consultants, sales, operations, finance) and external technology providers.

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive system development in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of new features, enhancements, and fixes.
  • Lead agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews).
  • Oversee UAT, problem resolution, and smooth deployment.

System Analysis & Problem Solving

  • Perform deep system workflow analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Be the solution-giver, recommending effective and pragmatic technical or process solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate quick resolutions with IT and vendors.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies.
  • Work with IT security and compliance teams to mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business/Management Information Systems.

  • 4+ years' experience as a Product Manager, Business/System Analyst, or IT Project Manager.
  • Proven track record in system ownership, vendor management, and enterprise system improvements.

  • Core Skills

  • Exceptional system analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong experience managing technology vendors and third-party solutions.
  • Ability to work in high-pace environments and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage expectations between business users and vendors.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise systems, CRM, ERP, loyalty or booking systems.
  • Experience with travel solution systems.
  • Understanding of API integrations and digital transformation projects.
