ABOUT YOUR ROLE

  • You will coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and customer requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Monitoring team productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Organizing team workflow, and ensuring that the team members understand their duties and delegated tasks.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team, S&OP team, Production Planners and Plant team on inventory planning.
  • Planning for imported laminated rolls, master rolls, WIP for the Distribution Centre according to sales forecast.
  • Monitoring stock level and movement in distribution center to ensure for continue and smooth service to customer.
  • Support DC inventory management by provide process / report.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt information flow to the internal team daily to ensure requests are responded to timely.
  • Handle Exact planning, and ensure sufficient orders are released to production hence optimizing capacity and Delivery planning meet customers requirements.
  • Follow up shortages/upsurge with the Plant and Demand team on ETA and escalate issues affecting customer delivery.
  • Monitor aging stock, clear aging stock/samples, slow move inventory and write off requests.
  • Tracking Return Goods and CN/DN issuance.
  • Monitor weekly (or daily in demand) shipment schedule and coordinate activities with Logistics, Warehouse, DC Planner, and CSR as required.
  • Liaise with transporters on customer delivery arrangements and pallet agreement .
  • Managed the OF team and prepared the department budget and operation plan.
  • Managed all import and export shipment - from planning, brokerage clearance to delivery.
  • Support procurement team on RFQ for logistics services required locally - icl. brokerage services, freight, local transportation, external warehouse services, etc.
  • Handle crisis and emergency situations as they arise in a professional and calm manner with suitable solutions.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
  • 5 years of  experience in Inventory and Order Management.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a must.
  • Experience in logistic industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership with people management and stakeholders management.
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
  • Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines.
  • Good team player and service-minded.
