The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Tenant engagement: Manage Communications with Tenants, Run structured floor walks with TROs, weekly/monthly check-ins and reports, manage day-to-day comms and follow-ups through TROs
  • Surveys & feedback: Execute Tenant NPS/CSAT and publish concise reports and action plans
  • Performance reporting: Validate data submissions from Tenants collected by TROs/Finance and through Loyalty Program; deliver clear weekly/monthly dashboards (sales, footfall, ATV, conversion)
  • Business insights: Measure performance and KPIs assigned and flag risks/opportunities and brief Marketing/Operations with specific, measurable actions.
  • Competitor intelligence: Maintain a simple cadence on brand mix, promos, pricing, and VM
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree any major
  • Minimum 3 years experience in relevant industry - Retail, Hospitality, FMCG etc
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Fluency in MS Office (including Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Willing to work onsite at Summarecon Villaggio Outlets, Karawang
