QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing & Exim department
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Purchasing & Exim department
  • Have good leadership skills and negotiation skills
  • Have knowledge of spare parts, production materials, equipment and machinery
  • Ability to do problem solving or handling (objections) customers
  • MUST HAVE FOREIGN LANGUAGE SKILLS (ENGLISH & MANDARIN)
  • Integrity, responsibility, independence and discipline
  • Likes numbers, details and thoroughness
  • High sense of belonging to the company

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for export and import goods/products.
  • Responsible for payment of goods from customers.
  • Prepare purchasing & exim reports every month and submit them at monthly meetings.
  • Assist Purchasing & Exim Manager in periodic evaluation of suppliers, vendors, contractors who cooperate with the Company.
  • Assist Purchasing & Exim Manager to be responsible for procurement planning and purchasing of all Company operations.
  • Organize bidding/tenders and provide recommendations on the selection of suppliers, vendors and / or contractors, subcontractors, expidition services etc.
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers, vendors, service providers and/or contractors, subcontractors etc.
