QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing & Exim department
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Purchasing & Exim department
- Have good leadership skills and negotiation skills
- Have knowledge of spare parts, production materials, equipment and machinery
- Ability to do problem solving or handling (objections) customers
- MUST HAVE FOREIGN LANGUAGE SKILLS (ENGLISH & MANDARIN)
- Integrity, responsibility, independence and discipline
- Likes numbers, details and thoroughness

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for export and import goods/products.
- Responsible for payment of goods from customers.
- Prepare purchasing & exim reports every month and submit them at monthly meetings.
- Assist Purchasing & Exim Manager in periodic evaluation of suppliers, vendors, contractors who cooperate with the Company.
- Assist Purchasing & Exim Manager to be responsible for procurement planning and purchasing of all Company operations.
- Organize bidding/tenders and provide recommendations on the selection of suppliers, vendors and / or contractors, subcontractors, expidition services etc.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers, vendors, service providers and/or contractors, subcontractors etc.
