Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Industry, Fist Technology, Agriculture, Science (Biology/Chemist).
- Min. 7 years of experiences as a QA Manager in the food industry, spesifically Frozen Food Processing, is required.
- Deep Understanding & development implementation, and supervision of Food Quality Assurance & Safety Systems: GMP+, SSOP, HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and Halal Assurance System (HAS 23000/BPJPH).
- Ability to balance theory and results-oriented action.
- Experienced in QA organizational transformation, including building a quality culture, continuous training systems, and digitalizing quality assurance processes.
- Have analytical skills to develop risk management systems in the areas of food safety, traceability, and halal compliance.
- Willing to be placed in Malang.
