- Maintaining and updating records, including record clients, and ensuring all supporting documents related are well documented
- Supporting with other administrative tasks if require
Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy)
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration or similar preferred from a reputable school in Indonesia
- Proficiency with Google docs, spreadsheet, or excel formula (e.g pivot, vlookup, etc).
- Organized, meticulous, and attentive to detail
- Hardworking and reliable, able to handle multiple streams of work and prioritize efficiently
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
