About the role
Personal Assistant ( Mandarin Speakers ) to join their team in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. This full-time role will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to assigned executives, including managing, and scheduling appointments,
  • Handling a variety of tasks such as preparing reports, composing and proofreading correspondence, and organising meetings and events
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
