If you are seeking a career that is challenging and rewarding, a work environment that is diverse and dynamic, look no further — Haemonetics is your employer of choice.## Job Details**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Oversee and monitor daily production activities on the plant floor to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.* Ensure machines, equipment, and tools are operating efficiently and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions.* Support the implementation of engineering changes affecting components and production systems.* Assess and troubleshoot production issues; recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize disruption.* Work collaboratively with quality control, supply chain, and maintenance teams to meet production targets and maintain product quality.* Participate in production planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts to maximize resource utilization.* Facilitate and support technology transfer initiatives to maintain a secure and efficient production supply chain.* Manage validation activities to ensure equipment and systems are compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements.* Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce waste, and minimize production downtime.* Lead or support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve overall plant efficiency and performance.* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).**Requirement:*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.* 2–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.* Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and cost control principles.* Experience with equipment validation and change management.* Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.* Experience in Medical Device, Automotive, pharmaceutical, industrial.* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.* Proficiency in using ERP systems and manufacturing software tools.
