Position: Mixing Operations Foreman
Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum D3 education majoring in Pharmacy, Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering.
- 1 year of experience as a production leader or in the same field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Understand the production process flow, especially for powders.
- Willing to work shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mixing Operations Supervision: Lead and oversee daily mixing activities to ensure products are prepared according to formulation, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Process Flow Management: Monitor and control the mixing process, especially for powder products, to maintain consistency and meet specifications.
- Workforce Coordination: Assign tasks, supervise, and guide mixing operators to ensure efficiency and compliance with SOP.
- Documentation & Reporting: Record batch production data accurately and prepare shift or daily reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all mixing activities comply with GMP, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Problem Identification & Resolution: Detect and address process deviations, coordinate corrective actions, and prevent future issues.
- Shift Operations: Manage shift activities and ensure proper handover between shifts to maintain continuous operations.
