Job Description
- Coordinate activities of medical support units (pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, medical records, nutrition).
- Prepare program plans, policies, and budgets for medical support units.
- Develop hospital information systems, recording and reporting systems, and standard operating procedures related to medical support.
- Ensure availability of medical equipment and facilities required by the hospital.
- Supervise, control, and evaluate performance and service quality of medical support units.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on medical support activities.
- Evaluate performance and quality of services provided by medical support units.
- Participate in activities to improve quality of medical support services.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a health field (Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, Health Analyst).
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a medical support unit or an accredited hospital.
- Experience managing workflow of medical support units such as laboratories, radiology, pharmacy, etc.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Able to think strategically and analytically, oriented toward service quality.
