Qualifications

Minimum S1 education preferably from IT majors or equivalent;
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst;
Have experience and application development in Agile & Scrum work pattern modes;
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in mobile banking application development projects or other technology product development projects in the banking industry;
Have the ability to use collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to elaborate project documents and needs (user stories);
Mastering MS Office, especially excel, visio, and powerpoint or other tools that support the creation of business processes and elaboration of user needs, Agile, innovative and integrity;
Have a teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure and coordinate well with various parties, both internal and external.
