Responsibilities :
• Support seasonal buying and assortment planning for kids luxury collections.
• Monitor sales and stock levels, analyze sell-through, and manage replenishment or transfers.
• Prepare merchandise and performance reports for internal and brand principal review.
• Coordinate with stores and visual team to ensure brand and product presentation consistency.
• Communicate with brand principals regarding orders, deliveries, and quality issues.
• Manage administration related work including supplier contracts, purchase orders, etc.
• Track weekly and monthly sales by style, size and category.
• Involved in organizing events, such as fashion show, marketing and promotional activities, etc.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in merchandising or buying, preferably in luxury or kidswear retail.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient in Excel and retail reporting tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and fashion-driven with strong commercial sense.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
