About the Role:
DACHIN is looking for a skilled and strategic
Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
to align HR initiatives with business goals and support performance-driven growth across teams. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to lead performance management processes, enhance employee development, and ensure strong organizational alignment. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, people-centric communication, and HR operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources,
or a related field. - Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in HR, specifically in
performance management
or a related function. - Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Strong
analytical skills
with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights. - Solid understanding of
KPI design
,
performance evaluation frameworks
, and
employee development
processes. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
for effective cross-functional collaboration. - High attention to detail with excellent
organization and time management
skills. - Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS knowledge is a plus.
