Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
- Assist with onboarding, employee development, and training programs.
- Analyze and improve internal HR processes aligned with business goals.
- Support culture-building, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally during rotation cycles.
- Manage internal communication and employer branding projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in relevant fields.
- Active involvement in student organizations or community projects.
- Strong interest in people development and organizational behavior.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agile learner with a growth mindset.

Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of experience are welcome.
