Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee development, and training programs.
  • Analyze and improve internal HR processes aligned with business goals.
  • Support culture-building, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally during rotation cycles.
  • Manage internal communication and employer branding projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in relevant fields.
  • Active involvement in student organizations or community projects.
  • Strong interest in people development and organizational behavior.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of experience are welcome.
