Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's social media strategy across all platforms.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee content creation, including graphics, video, and copy, ensuring consistency with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report key social media metrics to measure performance and ROI, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor social media specialists, designers, and content creators, fostering collaboration and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Identify new trends, tools, and opportunities to innovate and expand social media presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in F&B or consumer-facing industries.
  • Strong expertise in both paid and organic social strategies.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns from strategy to execution, including team management.
  • Solid project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
