Job Descriptions :

  • Lead Events & Campaigns:
    Manage exhibitions, seminars, and marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics, design, and reporting.
  • External Communication:
    Act as the primary contact with principals and external stakeholders (in English and Indonesian) to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Content Creation & Brand Building :

  • Produce marketing content for LinkedIn, company website, brochures, and presentations

  • Collaborate with design and digital teams to create engaging content aligned with brand identity
  • Manage email campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives

  • Analysis & Strategy Support:
    Evaluate campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Work closely with Sales, Application Engineering, Directors, and other departments to deliver integrated marketing projects

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to event management and content development
  • Strong ability to produce high-quality written content in both English and Indonesian
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SEO, project management software)
  • Confident, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives independently
