Job Descriptions :
- Lead Events & Campaigns:
Manage exhibitions, seminars, and marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics, design, and reporting. - External Communication:
Act as the primary contact with principals and external stakeholders (in English and Indonesian) to ensure smooth collaboration. Content Creation & Brand Building :
Produce marketing content for LinkedIn, company website, brochures, and presentations
- Collaborate with design and digital teams to create engaging content aligned with brand identity
Manage email campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives
Analysis & Strategy Support:
Evaluate campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights- Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Application Engineering, Directors, and other departments to deliver integrated marketing projects
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to event management and content development
- Strong ability to produce high-quality written content in both English and Indonesian
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SEO, project management software)
- Confident, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives independently
