Job Description
- Manage and supervise the whole operation of the production team including coffee roastery, coffee production and tea production.
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the production team.
- Coordinate and manage the workflow of the production team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and information distribution among various divisions and departments.
- Make significant decisions regarding the whole operation of the production team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
- Collaborate with other head divisions/departments to achieve target set by company and implement all necessary actions in the production processes.
- Supervise the quality control procedure in the production processes to ensure the superior quality of company products.
- Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards throughout the production processes.
- Assist Human Resource team to educate staff on the basic knowledge of coffee & tea, company products and the superior quality of services.
- Assist Business Development team to educate our customers on the superior quality of company products and services.
- Assist Business Development team to answer customer questions regarding coffee blends, preparation, and product freshness. Also answers about equipment or tools related to processing coffee.
- Experience in specialty coffee is a must, minimum experience of 5 years is required. Having tea knowledge is preferable.
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the coffee or tea industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to make critical decisions and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
