Job Description
Purpose of Role
To provide leadership to Reliability and CBM team in Indonesia and to ensure effective and efficient operation of assigned Reliability based and Condition Monitoring contracts. Key Activities
- Supervise assigned Reliability contracts through follow-up from all aspects: technical, financial, internal and Customer satisfaction, by establishing and following up on clear action plans and relevant KPIs.
- Actively promote Environmental, Health & Safety throughout the business, ensuring EHS is a goal for all employees and ensure all EHS requirements are fulfilled in accordance with defined responsibilities.
- Understand individual contractual requirements with respect to reliability, inventory management, and service delivery and ensure that proper plans are in-place to meet the requirements.
- Manage the team of Reliability Engineers based in several different locations. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, evaluation, coaching, and counseling. Foster the required culture and attitude of the team and lead by example.
- Work in close liaison with the Reliability Engineers providing the required level of technical support in driving bad actors resolution through established Root Cause Analysis methods as required.
- Work closely with Global CSD & SDO teams in understanding best practices and workout appropriate plans to roll-out them in local contracts
- Support Reliability Engineers during the preparation and direction of regular Customer meetings, including Quarterly / Annual review meetings.
- Ensure on site contract team is adequately supported and in position to carry out necessary duties. Including tools, procedures, systems and technology.
- Supports End User / Account Managers in achieving Sales targets by introducing new technology and system upgrades among existing Service contracts.
Key Accountability
- Adhere to all EHSQ policies and procedures
- Deliver all contractual KPI's
- Follow Tier Review Process and achieving Contract Services KPI's
- Complete jobs as per customer requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Technical Degree or equivalent
- Experience: 2 to 10 years of experience in machinery or process related industry is preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Plant maintenance and Reliability
activities
- Proficient in Vibration monitoring , preferably with
Level 2 certification
- Basic skills in servicing and ability to read the
drawings
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Strong sense of accountability, punctuality, and
integrity
- Customer service mindset
