Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Officer (Host Livestreamer) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As the
Project Officer (Host Livestreamer)
, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of livestreaming operations within the company, particularly in the beauty segment. This includes overseeing the recruitment and coordination of livestream hosts or talents, handling payroll and administrative tasks, maintaining detailed databases, and ensuring smooth execution of each livestream session.
You will act as the key liaison between multiple departments—such as marketing, creative, operations, and finance—to ensure that livestream projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.
Your contribution will directly impact the visibility of the brand, the effectiveness of digital campaigns, and the overall customer engagement through livestream platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and Instagram Live.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related position, especially in project management, administration, or livestreaming management.
- Experience handling recruitment and payroll in a dynamic environment, preferably in the beauty or e-commerce industry.
- Proficient in using administrative software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or payroll systems (e.g., Gadjian, Talenta).
- Ability to create and manage structured, accurate reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiar with livestreaming platforms (e.g., Instagram Live, Shopee Live, TikTok Live) and related project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Able to identify issues and offer effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Team Management for Livestreaming:
- Manage the recruitment process for the livestreaming team (e.g., hosts, influencers, technicians, and supporting staff).
- Ensure that recruits have the necessary skills and qualities that align with the project's requirements.
Payroll and Employee Administration:
- Handle payroll processes for all team members involved in the livestreaming project, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Database and Reporting Management:
- Maintain and manage a database for the livestreaming projects, including participant data, performance metrics, and expenses.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, livestream performance, engagement metrics, and budget status for management.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Coordinate with marketing, social media, creative, and technical teams to ensure all technical and non-technical needs for livestreaming are met and ready for execution.
- Support teams in planning and executing livestreaming strategies.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting for livestreaming activities and ensure expenses remain within the allocated budget.
Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement:
- Analyze performance data from each livestream session (e.g., sales, engagement, feedback) and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Ensure each livestream session meets the company's quality standards.
