To lead and manage the company's human resources and general affairs operations in a strategic and integrated manner. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee development, retention, labor administration, and ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and relevant ISO standards within the fast-paced and evolving crypto industry.
Key Responsibilities1. Hiring, Recruitment & Selection
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for both strategic and operational roles.
Manage the selection process, including CV screening, initial interviews, psychological assessments, and coordination with hiring managers.
Ensure a professional and value-aligned candidate experience.
Lead structured interviews focusing on competencies and cultural fit.
Oversee effective onboarding processes to support new hire adaptation.
Develop orientation materials and onboarding modules.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design annual training plans.
Implement internal and external training programs to enhance employee competencies.
Design career paths and manage employee performance appraisals.
Develop engagement initiatives including feedback loops, one-on-one sessions, satisfaction surveys, and internal activities.
Build retention strategies through non-financial benefits and recognition programs.
Administer competitive and compliant compensation and benefits (BPJS, incentives, etc.).
Draft and review employment agreements (PKWT, PKWTT), NDAs, and industrial relations policies.
Address labor issues proactively and in accordance with employment law.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws, government regulations, and Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
Prepare and maintain HR compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other relevant certifications.
Serve as the liaison with government agencies (Disnaker, BPJS, etc.).
Manage office facilities, operational vehicles, GA vendors, and day-to-day operational needs.
Oversee procurement of work equipment and ensure non-HR operational efficiency.
Develop SOPs and manage GA budgets.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.25 from a reputable university.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR/GA, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and modern HR practices.
Experience in budgeting, recruitment, and problem-solving.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) is a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS, recruitment platforms, and training tools.
Experience with ISO implementation, especially ISO Information Security), is an advantage.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred experience in technology, fintech, or crypto-related companies.
