Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to build our HR department from the ground up The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, with a proven track record in establishing HR systems, policies, and procedures, preferably within a company of 30 or more employees. Fluency in English is essential for this role. The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR System and Policy Development (0-1): Design, develop, and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and systems from scratch, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals, Indonesian labor laws, and best practices. This includes creating employee handbooks, HR forms, and internal communication protocols.
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all positions within the company. This includes developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and managing the offer process to attract and hire top talent.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement an effective performance management system that includes goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This includes orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Design and administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our offerings are attractive and compliant with local regulations
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances and disputes, and promoting effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
