Qualifications:
- Female candidates, aged 19–25 years old.
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active English communication skills (spoken and written) are a plus.
- Able to work accurately, responsibly, and in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the learning center.
- Manage student data, registration, schedules, and documentation accurately.
- Operate Microsoft Office and other related tools to prepare reports and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and instructors to provide needed information.
- Assist in organizing academic and non-academic activities in the center.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager and instructors for administrative support.
- Maintain files and records in an organized and confidential manner.
- Manage social media platforms to support promotional and marketing activities.
- Create simple promotional content (poster, video, reels) for social media.
