Qualifications:

  • Female candidates, aged 19–25 years old.
  • Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active English communication skills (spoken and written) are a plus.
  • Able to work accurately, responsibly, and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the learning center.
  • Manage student data, registration, schedules, and documentation accurately.
  • Operate Microsoft Office and other related tools to prepare reports and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and instructors to provide needed information.
  • Assist in organizing academic and non-academic activities in the center.
  • Coordinate with the Center Manager and instructors for administrative support.
  • Maintain files and records in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Manage social media platforms to support promotional and marketing activities.
  • Create simple promotional content (poster, video, reels) for social media.
