Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales pipelines, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Project, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth sales order processing and project handovers.
- Assist in tender administration, including document preparation, submission tracking, and compliance verification.
- Monitor and follow up on sales invoices, purchase orders, and payment schedules with clients.
- Generate and analyze regular sales reports for management review.
- Handle correspondence with clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Manage administrative tasks related to customer relationship management (CRM) and sales documentation archiving.
- Support sales presentations and product demonstrations by preparing necessary materials and schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role — preferably in an IT or financial technology company.
- Basic understanding of IT solutions and services, especially in the banking or financial sector, is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, both verbal and written (in Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Able to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- High initiative, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Customer-oriented and proactive in supporting the sales process.
