What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and performance management;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business and drive repeat sales;
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales efforts;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns;
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance and pipeline;
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations;

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets;
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to drive data-driven decision making;
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management and client relationship management tools;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field;
