Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the management and optimization of various human resources modules such as recruitment, training, and performance assessment;
Be responsible for handling employee relations;
Be responsible for promoting the execution and implementation of human resources-related projects;
Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above, proficiency in Indonesian is preferred, majoring in Human Resources, Business administration or related fields;
More than 3 years of experience in human resource management in large and medium-sized manufacturing industries. Experience in recruitment and training is preferred.
Be familiar with national and local labor relations laws and regulations;
Possess strong team motivation, communication and coordination skills, as well as a sense of responsibility.
Language proficiency: Indonesian, Chinese, English(will be a plus).
