Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the management and optimization of various human resources modules such as recruitment, training, and performance assessment;

  • Be responsible for handling employee relations;

  • Be responsible for promoting the execution and implementation of human resources-related projects;

  • Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, proficiency in Indonesian is preferred, majoring in Human Resources, Business administration or related fields;

  • More than 3 years of experience in human resource management in large and medium-sized manufacturing industries. Experience in recruitment and training is preferred.

  • Be familiar with national and local labor relations laws and regulations;

  • Possess strong team motivation, communication and coordination skills, as well as a sense of responsibility.

  • Language proficiency: Indonesian, Chinese, English(will be a plus).
