We are looking for a Service Admin who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong coordination skills to join our team
This position plays a key role in supporting technical operations and ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and ensure that machine units undergoing maintenance are always in optimal condition before being used again.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing goods, including accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical activities, including technician assignments and visits.
  • Assist and support day-to-day workshop activities, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination with the workshop team.
  • Prepare regular and structured reports on technical activities.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of activities for customer requirements.
  • Provide support for after-sales services, including follow-ups on customer needs and service requests.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK (Diploma/Bachelor's in Administration or related fields preferred).
  • Proficient in using computers and administrative applications (MS Office/Google Workspace).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a technical/service administrative role is a plus.
  • Prior experience in inventory, warehouse or logistics operations will be an advantage.
